Conference participants can stay on campus in one of the en-suite single rooms in student halls.
We have secured bookings for UPEC2025 attendees on campus in single en-suite rooms at £47/night (Bed & Breakfast), keeping attendance costs as low as possible. Student hall room booking can be added during registration by selecting the desired accommodation period from the drop-down menu on the form.
We have also pre-booked deluxe double bedrooms on campus at Lancaster hotel. There is limited availabilty at the hotel at a preferential rate of £100/night (room only), for up 2 adults and 2 children. To check availability and make a booking, please email us at info@upec2025.com
