Fees for UPEC 2025
The conference fee structure for UPEC 2025 is as follows.

The Early rates apply for registrations before 18 July 2025. Registration for the conference includes attendance at technical sessions and tutorials, special sessions, all tea/coffee breaks, lunch, Networking drinks, Welcome Reception, Civic Reception, Conference Gala Dinner, social/technical visit, and delegate pack.
Authors must register and present their papers at the conference. No–shows will be removed from post‐conference distribution and proceedings.
Each full registration allows the presentation of up to two papers, as long as the registrant is an author of both. Additional papers require separate full registrations.

Once the form is completed, you will receive an email with payment instructions via the Brunel University secure online payment system.
We will contact you if we require any further information (proof of student status, membership of IEEE/IET).
In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your registration up to two weeks before the conference, your fee will be refunded minus a processing fee of £50. Please get in touch at info@upec2025.com should you require assistance.
Please note: After the visa letter is generated and sent to you, we are not able to process any refunds.
